How Sophia Preorders Work:
We love preorder time! Preorders are a fantastic way to ensure that you don't miss out on the must haves for the next season. A preorder is an item that you purchase in advance to be delivered at a later date. We require a NON-REFUNDABLE 25% deposit at the time you place your preorder. Because preordered items have been set aside for you, unable to be purchased by other customers, cancellations result in lost sales in a boutique market where inventory is constantly changing.

3. My Beautiful Sophia issues 10% Rewards Certificates on preorders that total $100 or more. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing us as your preorder destination! Certificate to be used within 4 months of issue on any future Sophia purchase. (excludes preorder merchandise, per manufacturer request and Carson Creations Wrap Bracelets).

* Should You Return A Preordered Item
- Sizing: Should you receive a preordered item and have problems with sizing, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt (all tags must be attached/unworn), and exchange for another size. Should another size not be available in the item you ordered, you may exchange for a different item, as long as the item is comparably price. Should you choose not to exchange for another item, then a store credit will be issued will be issued for the purchase price less the free ship promotion that was received. (must be used within 4 months).
- Changed Mind/Didn't Like etc.: Should you return your preorder for any other reason, preorder must be returned within 14 days, with all tags attached, and a store credit will be issued for the purchase price less your free ship promotion rec'd. Store credit to be used within 4 months.
* What About Items Sophia Special Preorders For Me?
If My Beautiful Sophia special orders a customer requested item that we do not normally stock (i.e. special size we do not carry or different item altogether), than that item must be paid for in FULL at the time the order is placed with the manufacturer. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Free Shipping and 10% Perk Promotion, if applicable, still apply to these orders.
How to Checkout With Your Preorder
Preorder items and regular in-stock merchandise MUST BE checked out separately (i.e. do not mix the two on one checkout). Place your preorder selections in your shopping bag. At checkout you will need to PAY USING THE SECTION MARKED IN RED INDICATING PREORDER PAYMENT 'HERE' (IT IS LOCATED BELOW THE REGULAR PAYMENT AREA). You must pay in this area with all of your preorder items so that your pymt is processed correctly. This will allow us to charge you only the 25% deposit up front. Once your item(s) arrives in stock, the remaining balance on your order will be charged. You do not need a coupon code here. By paying in this special PREORDER area, you will only be charged the 25% up front deposit.

If you would simply like to pay for your preorder in full at time of checkout, use the regular payment area (that does NOT SAY preorder) and your preorder will be paid in full up front w/no deposit.
