Any return/exchange must be accompanied by our Return/Exchange form within 14 days of receipt of order and item(s) must be in new, unworn condition with manufacturer hang tags attached.
* Full Priced or Sale Merchandise marked 25% off or less may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order
* Exchanges: We gladly offer size exchanges and will ship a one-time exchange for free. Simply complete your return/exchange form & return wrong size garment within the 14 day window & we will ship the new size exchange for freen (this service available on full priced merchandise only)
* FINAL SALE: Any merchandise marked 30% off or greater, hair & gift items
* Ship Charges on orders are non-refundable. Also, should your order be shipped using a Free Ship Promotion, ship charges will be deducted from the refund issued

* Using Your Store Credit
If you have an outstanding store credit under our old Returns Policy, see below to redeem:

You will receive an email with your store credit amount and your account will be duly marked. Your store credit must be used within a period of 6 months from the date of issue.

When you get ready to use your store credit, you will need to checkout in the special RED PREORDER checkout section. This area does not automatically charge your credit card. We will then be able to apply your credit to your order total and run the proper charge amount through. Please make sure to use the RED PREORDER checkout section to ensure your store credit is applied.
